Up North, Down South

Snowbirds turned full-timers wanted to bring a taste of home up north to their new residence in North Carolina. The clients wanted to embark on a small-scale project that didn't require very much work, so we opted for a powder room revamp. As these clients lean more towards traditional with their taste, the mural wallpaper they selected for a feature wall was perfect. Already having an extensive art collection, we decided only one wall would make sense for this mural, as to leave free wall space for their art. New life was given to the existing pedestal vanity with a brass faucet, mirror, and sconce - vaguely resembling hay, which gives a nod to the old-world feel we were going for.
